Music has always been a way for him to survive, reflect, and endure. He began writing songs in Vietnamese, the only language he carried with him when he arrived in the U.S. As English became part of his life, his songwriting expanded into both languages, each holding fragments of memory, loss, and belonging.
His music now exists as a bridge between displacement and arrival. Writing, producing, and self releasing his work, Willi Quach shapes songs drawn from cultural rupture, resilience, family, love and the quiet weight of everyday moments. Whether written in Vietnamese or English, his songs read like private entries left open.
